Annual Awards Gala

This annual awards event at a luxury hotel includes an overnight stay for two, a fast-paced awards program, food, cocktails and entertainment - a perfect way to celebrate your hard work and success. For Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society members and above.

Quarterly Events

The exclusive, fun and exciting On Track Recognition Events honor qualifying sales associates* two times per year for their quarterly success. Qualify in just one quarter within the designated six-month period, and you're in! You and a guest will be invited to enjoy an unforgettable celebration.
Past events include a day cruise and lunch on Lake Tahoe, a Top Golf outing, a wine pairing dinner at Wine and Roses and a professional basketball game.

*Qualifications:
Individuals - 7 units or $60,000 in Adjusted GCI
Small teams - 10 units or $100,000 in Adjusted GCI
Large teams - 14 units or $125,000 in Adjusted GCI

Platinum Club

The impressive Platinum Club is for sales associates who assist in growing Coldwell Banker's class of top producers. Simply refer two sales associates who affiliate with the company through NRT Referral Rewards over a 12-month period - and as long as each of them has at least one closing by July 31 within 12 months of affiliating with the company, you are part of the club.

You and a guest will be treated to a stay at a luxury hotel, a cocktail reception and a night to relax.
